Information on the financial dealings of Les Stipek and his family is needed
Les claims that in the last year he "spent" over a million dollars "to live on" and his nothing to show for it. This is on top of what ever he previously put away somewhere. Friends, family and acquaintances have critical information that could help the victims get some of their retirement back. We are looking for information on his income, expenses, investments and how he may have hidden the money.

Help from our government is needed
Les is being investigated by the DOJ for his three oil investments that haven't been shut down yet but there isn't anything being done regarding his involvement with the 11 fraudulent investments in which the principals have already been incarcerated. Every government agency under the sun knows about Les but none have investigated his relationship as an agent for so many fraudulent investments. We need help encouraging FBI or Postal Inspector (mail fraud) to pursue criminal charges against Les for his involvement with the Ponzi schemes he sold.
Go to www.congress.org to request help from your representatives. Enter your ZIP code under Write Your officials to send email to all of them.
If believe you are a victim of fraud, submit a USPS Mail Fraud Complaint Form and contact the FBI at 310-477-6565 to file a complaint.

Media involvement is needed
The next bankruptcy hearing is on Friday Jan 12, 2007 and an even larger turnout is expected. Corporate lawyers and the victims will be questioning Les in court. If you are in the news media, we urge you to cover the Jan 12 bankruptcy hearing in Santa Ana. There will be a large group of senior and elderly people that need your help.
